Ingredients
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Red Curry Paste
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 pound ground turkey

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, curry paste, garlic, ginger and sea salt in medium bowl until well blended. Add ground turkey; mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2 PAN fry, broil or grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- 3 SERVE burgers on rolls with desired toppings and condiments, such as lettuce, tomato and Pineapple Salsa (see recipe below).
- 4 Pineapple Salsa:Mix 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Sweet Red Chili Sauce and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro in medium bowl until blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
