Ingredients
- 2 racks (3 to 4 pounds) pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Roasted Red Chili Paste
- 2/3 cup Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Sweet Red Chili Dipping Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place ribs on foil-lined baking pan. Rub with roasted red chili paste.
- 2 BAKE 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones; brushing with 1/3 cup of sweet red chili sauce halfway through cooking.
- 3 BRUSH ribs with remaining 1/3 cup of sweet red chili sauce before serving.
