- 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup (50 milliliters) chopped fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons (45 milliliters) lime juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
- Fresh cilantro sprigs , (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX all ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
- 2 REFRIGERATE until ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired.
