- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
- 4 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 Thai chilies, halved lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix vinegar, sugar, lime juice and Fish Sauce in large bowl.
- 2 Add cucumbers, bell pepper, onion and chilies. Toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with cilantro. Cover.
- 3 Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Stir before serving.
