- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon (8 - 15 mililiters) minced red chile
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX all ingredients in small saucepan on low heat. Bring to simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool completely.
- 2 TOSS your favorite salad greens or cold vegetables with dressing.
