- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX oil, fish sauce, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- 2 PLACE lettuce and Parmesan cheese in salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat well.
