- 1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. For creamier dressing, refrigerate overnight before serving.
