Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Unsweetened Coconut Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 HEAT oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until softened.
- 2 STIR in tomatoes, Seasoning and salt. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add coconut milk. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.
