- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup Thai Kitchen® Thai Kitchen® Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar or granulated sugar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint or basil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover.
- 2 REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to blend flavor.
