Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups seedless golden raisins
- 1 cup whole canned tomatoes with juice
- 5 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 fresh red chiles, seeded and sliced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 jar (12 ounces) red plum jam
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PLACE first 7 ingredients in food processor or blender; cover. Process to form a smooth paste, scraping sides occasionally.
- 2 MIX raisin mixture, plum jam, pineapple juice and brown sugar in medium saucepan on medium heat. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes. Store in airtight sterilized jars.
- 3 Makes 3 1/2 cups.
