- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced red chile
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 MIX all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to simmer on medium heat. Simmer until mixture thickens to a syrupy consistency, stirring constantly.
- 2 Makes 1/2 cup.
