- 5 ounces yellow chiles
- 1 ounce garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
- Pinch salt
- , Sugar to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 GRIND chiles and garlic to a paste with a mortar and pestle or in a food processor. Place chile mixture in bowl. Add vinegar, salt and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.
- 2 STORE in refrigerator.
- 3 Makes 2 cups.
