This is way too salty! I wanted to use it for my beans and hog jowls. But long before the beans were spicy, they were way beyond acceptable saltiness. Over half of this is salt. If they bring it back out without the salt, I'll buy it again. But for now, the remainder of this 17 ounce jar is going in the trash after barely flavoring one small pot of beans.
