Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 1 teaspoon Zatarain's® New Orleans Style Creole Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Zatarain's® Cajun Hot Sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Place wings in large resealable plastic bag. Sprinkle Creole Seasoning over wings. Seal bag and shake to coat evenly.
- 2 Arrange wings in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until wings are cooked through and skin is crisp, turning halfway through cooking.
- 4 Mix hot sauce and melted butter in large bowl. Add hot wings; toss to coat well. Serve wings with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
