Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 package (7 ounces) Zatarain's® Black Beans & Rice Dinner Mix

bulk pork sausage, cooked

- ground beef, cooked
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Tortilla chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix water, oil and Rice Mix in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minute or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent rice and beans from sticking
- 2 Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- 3 Spread 1/2 of the rice mixture in 11x7-inch baking dish. Layer with 1/2 each of the crumbled cooked sausage, cheese and tomato. Repeat layers. Top with sour cream and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
