- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons Zatarain's® Creole Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Zatarain's® New Orleans Style Creole Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix bread crumbs, vegetables and seasonings in large bowl. Add ground beef and egg; mix well. Form into 1-inch meatballs (about 45). Place on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- 2 Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve over cooked pasta with your favorite pasta sauce, if desired.
