Ingredients
- 1 package Zatarain's® Yellow Rice Mix
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 In large bowl, stir together rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, butter, and corn. Pour into casserole dish (8 x 8-inch) and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
- 3 Sprinkle cheese all over top and bake 5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted.
