Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 package Zatarain's® Cilantro Lime Rice
- 6 (8-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add ground cumin and garlic powder; cook and stir 1 minute.
- 2 Stir in water and Rice Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- 3 Spoon rice mixture into warmed flour tortillas. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Add desired toppings. Fold into burritos to serve.
