Ingredients
- Creole Cabbage Slaw
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Zatarain's® New Orleans Style Creole Seasoning
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Fish Tacos
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup Zatarain's® Seasoned Fish Fri
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 5 flour tortillas, 8-inches
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Creole Cabbage Slaw, mix vinegar, honey, oil and Creole seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add cabbage and cilantro; toss to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 For the Fish Tacos, prepare tilapia with Fish Fri as directed on package.
- 3 Serve tilapia in tortillas topped with Creole Cabbage Slaw. Serving Suggestions : For a creamy taco sauce, mix Zatarain's Cajun Hot Sauce and mayonnaise or sour cream and drizzle on your fish tacos. Top with other taco toppings, like chopped avocado and tomatoes, if desired.
