Zatarain's® Jambalaya Rice Mix

- jambalaya mix spicy
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon Zatarain's® New Orleans Style Creole Seasoning, (use more or less to taste)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 link Cajun-style smoked sausage, sliced (about 7 to 8 ounces)
- 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- Chopped fresh parsley, (optional)
- Chopped red bell pepper, (optional)
- Chopped green onion, (optional)
- Lemon wedges, (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare Rice Mix as directed on package, omitting protein. Meanwhile, toss shrimp with Creole Seasoning in medium bowl. Set aside.
- 2 Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add seasoned shrimp and sausage. Cook, stirring often, just until shrimp are cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- 3 Layer prepared Jambalaya, creole shrimp and sausage in warm tortillas. Add desired topping and serve immediately.
