Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 package Zatarain's® Dirty Rice Dinner Mix
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted green olives
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- 2 Stir in water, Rice Mix, tomatoes, almonds, olives, raisins, oregano and cumin. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
