- 5 cups water
- 2 packages Zatarain's® Jambalaya Rice Mix
- 1 pound gluten-free boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 pound gluten-free smoked sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix water, Rice Mix, chicken and sausage in large saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender
