- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Zatarain's® Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil
- 1 pound baby red potatoes, cut in half crosswise
- 1 pound jumbo (16 to 20 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on

- 8 ounces any style smoked sausage
- 2 ears corn-on-the-cob, cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix butter and Crab Boil in a small bowl, set aside.
- 2 Place potatoes and 2 tablespoons of butter mixture in 2-quart microwavable dish; toss to coat. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 6 to 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Alternately thread shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes onto 8 (12-inch) skewers.
- 3 Grill over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining butter mixture during cooking.
