Test Kitchen Tips:
• Try other whitefish varieties, such as cod, halibut, or walleye. For thicker fish pieces, you may need to add additional time or cut into large strips.
• Try a twist on Taco Tuesday, with Fish Tacos! Prepare fish as directed. Cut into strips and serve in warm flour tortillas, topped with shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, chopped tomatoes and cilantro. Drizzle with Zatarain’s® Cajun Hot Sauce, if desired, and serve with a side of Zatarain’s® Cilantro Lime Rice.
