Ingredients
- 1 package Zatarain's® Dirty Rice Dinner Mix
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare Dirty Rice Mix as directed on package, omitting ground beef.
- 2 Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add eggs; scramble until set. Remove from skillet. Set aside.
- 3 Heat remaining 1 tablespoon sesame oil in skillet on medium heat. Add ham, green onion, garlic and ginger; cook and stir 1 minute or until fragrant. Add peas and cilantro; cook and stir until heated through. Add cooked dirty rice, hoisin sauce and scrambled eggs. Cook and stir on medium-low heat 1 minute or until well blended.
