- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 package Zatarain's® Yellow Rice Mix

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add celery and onion; cook and stir 4 minutes or until softened
- 2 Stir in water, Rice Mix and cranberries. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving
