Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package Zatarain's® Rice Pilaf
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh jalapeño pepper
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix water, Rice Mix, tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, chipotle chili powder and cumin in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low. Cover.
- 2 Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
- 3 Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
