Ingredients
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Hamburger Seasoning
- 1/4 cup French's® Tomato Ketchup
- 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust, such as Boboli®
- 3 tablespoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard, divided
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Sesame Seed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 10 dill pickle chips
- 1/3 cup finely chopped tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook ground beef, onion and Hamburger Seasoning in large skillet on medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Drain fat. Stir in ketchup.
- 2 Place pizza crust on large baking sheet. Brush 1 tablespoon of the Mustard around the edge of the crust, leaving the middle bare. Sprinkle sesame seeds over edges, pressing gently to adhere, as needed.
- 3 Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese evenly over center of crust. Top with beef mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top.
- 4 Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted. Top pizza with dill pickles and chopped tomatoes. Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons Mustard.
