Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 3/4 cup Chipotle Molasses, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Place ribs in single layer in foil-lined roasting pan. Brush evenly on both sides with 1/2 cup of the marinade. Cover with foil.
- 2 Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
- 3 Brush ribs with remaining 1/4 cup marinade. Grill over medium heat or broil 3 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
