Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Colorful Coarse Ground Blend Seasoned Pepper
- 3 pounds bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix flour, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken, a few pieces at a time, in milk, then place bag. Shake to coat.
- 2 Place chicken, skin-side up, on large baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Bake 35 minutes, turning once. Coat chicken generously with barbecue sauce. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
