Ingredients
- Pork Chops
- 6 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Orange Sauce
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch

- 1 Sprinkle both sides of pork chops evenly with seasoned salt.
- 2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
- 3 Mix juice, sugar and cornstarch in small bowl until well blended. Add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Spoon sauce over pork chops to serve. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
