Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pound boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips
- 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Coarse Ground With Parsley Garlic Salt
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cumin
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes. Remove vegetable mixture from skillet.
- 2 Stir pork, garlic salt, chili powder and cumin into skillet, adding more oil, if needed; cook and stir 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Return vegetable mixture to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
- 3 Spoon pork mixture into warmed tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, such as sour cream or guac and shredded cheese, if desired.
