- 1 tablespoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Casero Ground Black Pepper
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs, about 3 pounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix seasoned salt and pepper in small bowl.
- 2 Brush chicken with oil. Coat chicken evenly with seasoning mixture. Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
- 3 Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
