Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices and separated into rings
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken and vegetables in slow cooker.
- 2 Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, broth, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt in medium bowl until blended. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Cover.
- 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve over cooked pasta, if desired.
