- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Lawry's® Honey Bourbon Marinade, divided

- 1 Place chicken in 6-quart slow cooker. Pour marinade over chicken; turn to coat. Cover.
- 2 Cook 2 1/2 hours on HIGH or 5 hours on LOW or until meat is tender. Remove chicken from slow cooker and place in large bowl, reserving cooking liquid in slow cooker.
- 3 Shred chicken using 2 forks. Mix 1/2 cup reserved cooking liquid and remaining 1 tablespoon marinade in small bowl. Pour over shredded chicken; toss gently to coat. Serve on sandwich or slider rolls, or use for tacos.
