Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Lawry's® Korean-Style BBQ Marinade
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips substitution Substitutions available
    • boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup sliced onions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet. Add vegetables to skillet; stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
  • 2 Return chicken to skillet. Add marinade; stir fry until mixture is heated through. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
