Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup Lawry's® Crispy Chicken Seasoned Coatings Mix
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange Brussels sprouts in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
- 2 Roast 15 minutes.
- 3 Mix Coating Mix with melted butter in small bowl. Remove sprouts from oven. Stir sprouts and sprinkle coating mixture evenly over top.
- 4 Roast 20 minutes longer or until Brussels sprouts are tender and coating is golden brown and crispy.
