Ingredients
- 1 pound mini cucumbers or English cucumber, very thinly sliced (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoons Lawry's® Salt & Pepper Vinegar Artificially Flavored Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or chives (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place cucumber slices and sliced onion in medium bowl.
- 2 Mix the water, sugar, and Lawry’s Salt & Pepper Vinegar Seasoning in a small bowl. Pour over the cucumbers and onions; toss to combine, then stir in the dill or chives (if using). Cover.
- 3 Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to marry and the onions to soften. Stir once more, then serve with a slotted spoon.
