- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup sliced fruit, such as strawberries, mango or banana
- 1 tablespoon sugar, (optional)
- 1 cup Thai Kitchen® Unsweetened Coconut Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 PLACE ice cream, ice cubes, fruit and sugar in blender container. Add coconut milk; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 POUR into glasses. Serve immediately.
