Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo (21 to 25 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Honey Hickory Rub
- 24 fresh pineapple chunks, (about 1-inch chunks)
- 12 (8-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 2 tablespoons honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Toss shrimp with Rub in large bowl until evenly coated.
- 2 Alternately thread 2 shrimp and 2 pineapple chunks onto each skewer.
- 3 Grill over medium heat 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally. Brush with honey during the last minute of cooking.
