Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated yellow onion
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Squeeze out onion juices and discard the liquid.
- 2 Mix ground beef, grated onion, Montreal Steak Seasoning, mayonnaise and mustard.
- 3 Set mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Form burger patties of your desired shape and size.
- 4 Grill until cooked through or to your preference.

Serve on hamburger buns with toppings of choice and enjoy.
Tip: Make sure to squeeze and drain extra liquid from onions so that the beef patty mixture does not become diluted and fall apart.
