Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Brazilian Steakhouse Marinade
- 1/2 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken legs, skin removed
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Marinade Mix, beer, lime juice, oil and cilantro in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade for brushing. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Wrap one slice of bacon around each chicken leg. Thread chicken legs onto long double metal skewers.
- 3 Grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
