  • 6 bolillos (Mexican rolls)
  • 2 ripe avocados, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • Mexican crema substitution Substitutions available
    • ranch dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Grill sausages as directed on package.
  • 2 Place sausages in rolls. Top with avocado, tomato and onion. Drizzle with crema or ranch dressing.
