Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Hawaiian Style BBQ Marinade Mix
- 1/4 cup oil

cider vinegar
Substitutions available
- white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs or drumsticks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk Marinade Mix, oil, vinegar and soy sauce in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place chicken and remaining marinade in large resealable plastic bag.
- 2 Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

Grill chicken over medium heat (about 350°F) with lid closed for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally (internal temp. should reach 165°F). Baste with reserved marinade during last few minutes of grilling.
Grilling Tip: For an island rum-inspired marinade, mix Marinade Mix, 1/4 cup rum and 2 tablespoons each brown sugar, lime juice and oil. Continue as directed.
