Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Mesquite Seasoning, divided
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 4 slices
- 4 hamburger rolls
- 2 tablespoons French's® Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix ground beef and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
- 2 Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Grill onion slices 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tender and lightly browned. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
- 3 Mix ketchup, mayonnaise and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Seasoning in small bowl. Spread on rolls. Top with burgers and grilled onion slices.
