Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat broiler. Mix ground beef and Steak Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties, 1/2-inch thick.
- 2 Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
- 3 Spray broiler rack and pan with no stick cooking spray. Broil patties on broiler rack 4 inches away from heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Top each patty with cheese mixture.
