INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Rub Seasoning evenly over entire chicken and under skin of breast. Place chicken in pan. Cover with foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
- 2 Prepare grill for indirect medium heat (350°F to 375°F). Preheat grill by turning all burners to medium. Turn off burner(s) on one side of grill. Remove chicken from pan.
- 3 Place chicken, breast side up, on unlit side of grill. Close lid. Cook chicken about 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F in the thigh).
