Ingredients
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped, (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 1 pound striped bass, tilapia, or other firm white fish fillets
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix tomato, oil, Steak Seasoning and thyme in small bowl. Spread mixture over fish fillets.
- 2 Grill over medium heat 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not turn fish.
