Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Garden Vegetable Seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 pound baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 pound bell pepper, cut into chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk together Seasoning, oil, water and vinegar. Place veggies and marinade in large resealable plastic bag.
- 2 Marinate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove from marinade. Reserve any remaining marinade.
- 3 Grill over medium heat until tender-crisp. Drizzle vegetables with reserved marinade, if desired.
