Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered or baby red potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and return potatoes to saucepan on low heat.
- 2 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Steak Seasoning and garlic powder. Mash potatoes, gradually adding milk, sour cream and butter. Mix until potatoes are fluffy.
- 3 Serve immediately. Or, spoon into lightly buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish; cover. Keep warm in 250°F oven until ready to serve (up to 1 hour).
